    Develop internal and external strength through Bandhas (energy locks) and intelligent alignment. Ideal if you have a consistent practice already.
  • Dynamic Flow Series
    Themed practices to cultivate a dynamic moving meditation of body and breath. Build strength, range of joint movement and mental presence.
  • Yoga to Rest Mind and Body
    Ideal if you're burned out, exhausted, in need of self-care or have a chronic health condition that depletes you.
