    Ideal if you're burned out, exhausted, in need of self-care or have a chronic health condition that depletes you.
  • Yoga for IBS-C
    Practices which relieve symptoms of digestive discomfort like bloating, wind and constipation.
  • Anti-screen Yoga
    Practices to release tension in your back, shoulders and neck after months of working at home.
